Cancellation Policy
AS OF 9/1/2025 I have moved locations. The new address is: 2810 Summer Oaks Dr. Suite #4 Bartlett, TN 38134 Upon arrival, please patiently wait in your vehicle and text me that you have arrived. You will have to be buzzed in the building. Please do not come to the door and wait until I respond to your text message to buzz you in the salon. Please note that i may be assisting clients at the time of your arrival. All sales are final. No refunds will be given of financed services. To cancel or reschedule this service, we require a 72Hr advance notice. We do offer a one-time courtesy of rescheduling your facial. If the 72Hr notice has lapsed we will require an additional $35 to reschedule.
