Term & Conditions

Barbies by Arie | Elle.Châteaux

By booking, purchasing, or using any service, class, mentorship, or digital product through Barbies by Arie | Elle.Châteaux (via our website, mobile app, or in person), you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Booking

 

All appointments must be booked through our official website, mobile app, or approved booking platforms. A valid name, email address, and phone number are required to confirm your reservation.

 

Same-day and walk-in appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Retainers, Deposits & Payments

​

All services require a 100% retainer (full service amount) at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This retainer reserves your time, preparation, and resources.

 

 

Refund Terms

  • If a refund is approved, only 75% of the retainer will be refunded

  • The remaining 25% is a non-refundable administrative and booking fee

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered, late cancellations, no-shows, or violations of booking policies

 

 

Certain services, including bridal, permanent makeup (PMU), ombré brows, classes, and mentorship programs, are non-refundable once booked due to preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation.

 

 

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable portion of the retainer

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in full forfeiture of the retainer

  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in booking restrictions or full prepayment requirements for future services

 

 

 

 

4. Late Arrival Policy (Grace Period & Service-Specific Rules)

General Grace Period

 

 

All services include a 5-minute grace period.

​

Services 30 Minutes or Longer

Includes (but is not limited to):

Makeup, Lash Services, Ombré Brows, PMU Services, and Full-Length Appointments

 

  • 0–5 minutes late: Grace period

  • 5–15 minutes late: Service time may be reduced to respect scheduled clients

  • 15+ minutes late: Appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show

  • Retainer is forfeited and a new booking is required

​

 

Services Under 30 Minutes

Includes:

All Brow Tint Services and Brow Add-On Services

 

  • 0–5 minutes late: Grace period

  • 5+ minutes late: Appointment will be canceled or rescheduled

  • A rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new appointment

  • Retainer remains subject to cancellation policy

 

 

Due to the short service window, these appointments cannot be accommodated once the grace period has passed.

 

 

 

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in:

 

  • Full forfeiture of the retainer

  • Requirement for full prepayment for all future bookings

  • Possible permanent booking restrictions

 

 

 

 

6. Refund Policy

All services, educational programs, mentorships, and digital products are non-refundable.

 

Refunds, if approved under special circumstances, will follow the 75% maximum refund policy outlined in Section 2.

 

 

 

7. Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding:

 

  • Allergies

  • Medical conditions

  • Skin sensitivities

  • Medications

  • Previous cosmetic or beauty treatments

 

 

Failure to disclose relevant information releases Barbies by Arie | Elle.Châteaux from liability for adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results.

8. Health & Safety Standards

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

 

  • Displays signs of contagious illness

  • Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Presents unsafe or unsanitary conditions

  • Behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner

 

 

 

 

9. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

By booking or purchasing any service, class, or product, you agree to the following:

  • You agree to contact Barbies by Arie | Elle.Châteaux directly before filing any chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider.

  • You acknowledge that appointment time, preparation, and services reserved are non-refundable and non-chargeback eligible.

  • Chargebacks filed for late arrivals, no-shows, cancellations, or services rendered may be considered fraudulent.

  • We reserve the right to submit supporting documentation including:

     

    • Booking confirmations and policy acceptance records

    • Time-stamped check-in and service records

    • Communication logs and app activity

    • Proof of services rendered or time reserved

If a dispute is ruled in our favor or deemed abusive, we may:

 

  • Restrict or permanently block future bookings

  • Require full prepayment for all future services

  • Recover chargeback and administrative fees

  • Refer outstanding balances to collections where permitted by law

10. Education, Classes & Mentorship Programs

All educational services, workshops, mentorships, apprenticeships, and digital training materials are:

 

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • For the registered participant only

 

 

Violation of conduct or misuse of materials may result in removal without refund.

 

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All branding, educational materials, manuals, training content, images, and digital resources are the exclusive property of Barbies by Arie | Elle.Châteaux and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written consent.

 

 

 

12. Privacy

All personal and client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website and mobile app.

13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for:

  • Policy violations

  • Inappropriate or abusive behavior
