Meet Your Educator

Ariell Swain

In 2013, Ariell started her journey as a freelance makeup artist based in Memphis, TN. She currently specializes in creating makeup looks for almost every occasion. Ariell's plan is to  further her career as a professional makeup artist, she's now a graduate of Gould's Academy for Esthetics and the Esthetics Educator program. Ariell has achieved numerous of professional certifications under Esthetics and Tattoo Artistry such as M.U.D Cosmetics, Pigment Makeup, Murad Skin Care, PCA SKIN, Kristiina Alexandria Lash Extensions, MinksLash.com Lash Extensions of Atlanta, GA, Savvy Creations of Chicago, IL , and Catt Inks of Orange County, CA. She enjoys learning new skills and techniques about makeup and is always looking for new styles of beauty she can offer her clients. In 2018, Ariell decided to take her business to the next level by offering training certification classes for other inspiring beauty professionals. In 2020, Ariell opened her first full service salon located in Bartlett, TN. Whether you're a beginner or advanced student the training courses is suitable for everyone.   • 2 hour hands on model practice retainer: $100

  • 3 hour hands on model practice retainer: $175

  • Makeup Class Retainer: $150

  • Brow Lamination Certification Class Retainer: $250

  • Refresher Class Retainer: $250

  • Lash Certification Class Retainer: $350

Thank you for your interest in enrolling in a BarbiesByArie | Elle.Châteaux training experience. Please review all registration policies carefully prior to submitting your payment, as completion of your retainer secures your seat and confirms your agreement to the terms below.

Date Selection:

Registration & Retainer Policy:

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your spot in any class or training. All retainer payments are final and will be applied toward your total training cost. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Rescheduling & Transfer Policy:

If you need to reschedule your training, you must provide notice at least 10 days prior to your scheduled class date. When proper notice is given, your payment may be transferred to a future class date.

Failure to notify within the 10-day window will result in a $150 rescheduling fee. No exceptions will be made. Same-week cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your payment.


If you are feeling unwell, it is your responsibility to notify us in advance within the appropriate time-frame to avoid penalties.


Attendance & Late Policy:

All classes are reserved for registered students only. No additional guests are permitted.

Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry. No make-up time will be provided, and late arrival may result in incomplete training without refund or credit.


Models:

Models are provided for all applicable trainings at no additional cost unless otherwise stated. Model preferences are not guaranteed. Students must maintain professionalism when working with all models.

Tattoo/PMU Training RequirementsFor all tattooing or PMU-based trainings, students must adhere to sanitation and safety standards:

  • No long nails or acrylic nails permitted

  • Natural, short nails are required

  • All black attire is required

  • Closed-toe shoes are required


Failure to comply may result in dismissal without refund.


Certification Policy:

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the training. Students must demonstrate both theoretical understanding and practical competency. Additional training may be required at an additional cost if standards are not met.


Payment & Balance Policy:

Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the start of the training in cash only. Failure to complete payment will result in denial of entry.


Payment Authorization:

The name on the credit/debit card must match the individual registering for the class. Third-party payments may require verification. Fraudulent or disputed transactions will result in immediate cancellation of enrollment.


Chargeback Policy:

Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate termination from the program and may be subject to legal action. Signed agreements will be used as proof of service


Liability Waiver:

By enrolling, you acknowledge that BarbiesByArie | Elle.Châteaux is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper technique performed outside of training, or outcomes on models.


Intellectual Property:

All course materials, manuals, and techniques are the intellectual property of BarbiesByArie | Elle.Châteaux and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold.


Photo & Video Release:

Trainings may be recorded or photographed for marketing purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of your image unless stated otherwise in writing prior to class.


Conduct Policy:

Professional and respectful behavior is required at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal without refund.


No Guarantee Clause:

Completion of this training does not guarantee income, clientele, or business success. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and skill application.

Identification RequirementAll students are required to present a valid, government-issued photo ID (state ID or driver’s license) on the day of training.

The name on the ID must match the name used during registration and payment. This is required for verification, certification documentation, and compliance with training standards.
