Training Class Policies
Private Training & Certification Class Policy
​
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all training dates and is applied toward the total balance. Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of class unless otherwise discussed.​
Training dates are limited and reserved exclusively for each student. Retainers are non-refundable and transferable one (1) time only, with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Failure to provide notice, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of all funds paid and may incur an additional rescheduling fee.​
Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for class. Due to the training structure, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or a shortened instruction time.​
To maintain a focused learning environment, phone use is not permitted during training unless approved for class-related content or emergencies. Please reserve calls and non-essential communication for breaks.​
Class timing may vary depending on student pace, models, questions, and hands-on performance. Students should avoid scheduling conflicting obligations immediately after class.​

All kits, manuals, digital resources, and course materials are non-refundable. Certification is granted upon satisfactory completion of course expectations and, where applicable, hands-on participation.

All class communication must be completed through the business line. Please refrain from sending training-related questions through social media DMs.

Class Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Due to limited availability, class preparation, kit ordering, and reserved instructional time, all retainers and payments are non-refundable.
​
Training dates may be rescheduled one (1) time only with a minimum of 72-hour notice prior to the scheduled class date. Approved reschedules must be completed within available scheduling and are subject to business availability.

Failure to provide proper notice, same-week cancellations, no-shows, or missed class dates will result in forfeiture of all funds paid. A new retainer and/or rescheduling fee may be required to reserve another training date.

If you begin feeling under the weather prior to class, please notify Arie as soon as possible. Advance notice is still required to avoid forfeiture of payments.​
To ensure kits arrive on time and proper preparation is completed, retainers must be paid a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the training date.

Training Booking Notice & Rush Request Policy
To ensure adequate preparation, scheduling availability, and timely arrival of training materials, all private trainings must be secured a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

Example: If you would like to schedule training for June 21st, your retainer and booking must be completed no later than June 7th.
​
Training requests made within the 2-week booking window are considered last-minute/rush requests and are subject to approval based on schedule availability. A $100 rush fee will apply to accommodate expedited kit preparation, scheduling adjustments, and limited availability.​
Please note that approval of rush training requests is not guaranteed, as service appointments, pre-booked clients, and existing class schedules may limit availability.
​This policy is in place to ensure training kits arrive on time, adequate preparation is completed, and each student receives the highest quality educational experience.

Training Etiquette Policy
To maintain a focused and productive learning environment, personal phone use is not permitted during training unless approved for educational purposes, emergencies, or designated content creation time. Calls, texting, and distractions should be reserved for breaks.
Students are expected to remain engaged, professional, and respectful throughout the duration of training.

Training Time Commitment Policy
Training duration may vary based on student pace, hands-on performance, models, questions, and overall comprehension. Students should avoid scheduling conflicting obligations immediately following class, as completion times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Please plan accordingly, as some classes may run longer than anticipated depending on instruction and hands-on learning.

Professional Appearance & Hygiene Policy
Students are expected to arrive clean, professional, and prepared for hands-on learning. Proper personal hygiene, professional conduct, and clean attire are required to maintain a sanitary, professional, and educational environment.

Model Policy
If a live model is required, students are responsible for ensuring model availability unless otherwise stated. Model cancellations, lateness, no-shows, or ineligibility may result in modified training, shortened hands-on instruction, or additional rescheduling fees.
Students should ensure models meet eligibility requirements prior to class.

Photography, Media & Recording Policy
Photos and videos may be captured during training for educational, portfolio, and marketing purposes. Students are welcome to arrive photo-ready. Participation in photos or videos is appreciated but optional unless otherwise required for certification documentation.
Photos and limited educational content may be captured during training; however, full class recording, proprietary techniques, manuals, forms, pricing systems, business materials, and educational content may not be copied, duplicated, recorded, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

Training Kit & Materials Policy
Students are responsible for maintaining and securing all kits, manuals, digital resources, and supplies provided during training. Lost, damaged, or replacement materials may incur additional fees.
All kits, manuals, digital resources, and training materials are non-refundable.

Certification Policy
Certificates are awarded upon satisfactory completion of training requirements, participation, and hands-on performance where applicable. Failure to complete class expectations, practical work, or required participation may delay or prevent certification.

Professionalism, Confidentiality & Communication Policy
Students agree to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication at all times.
Client information, pricing, salon systems, forms, educational materials, techniques, business operations, and mentorship resources are confidential and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
All training-related communication, scheduling, and support must be completed through the business line during business hours. Social media messages and personal accounts are not used for training scheduling or support.

Safety & Instructor Discretion Policy
For safety and educational purposes, the instructor reserves the right to pause, modify, or decline portions of hands-on training if sanitation, model eligibility, technique, professionalism, or safety standards are not met.
Any unsafe or unsanitary practices may result in modification or dismissal from training without refund.

Training Payment Authorization Policy
By enrolling in training, students acknowledge that retainers, training payments, digital materials, kits, and reserved instructional time are non-refundable.
Students agree not to dispute, reverse, or initiate chargebacks for completed or reserved training services, kits, digital resources, or educational materials.

Results Disclaimer
Training provides education, guidance, business insight, and hands-on instruction; however, results, licensing, clientele growth, income, confidence, or business success are not guaranteed and depend on student effort, consistency, skill development, and implementation.
