Service Description

This service is designed exclusively for precision brow grooming and includes expert shaping using hard or soft wax, followed by detailed trimming with scissors. Please note, this is not a tint service. For optimal results, clients must arrive with completely clean brows—no makeup, oils, or residue. Skin should be properly cleansed, exfoliated, and moisturized prior to your appointment. Exfoliation is required at least 48 hours in advance to maintain skin integrity. Appointments booked within that timeframe may increase the risk of sensitivity, irritation, lifting, or bruising, and will proceed at the client’s discretion. Clients currently using chemical exfoliants or active skincare ingredients should not book this service. This includes, but is not limited to: AHAs (glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid), BHAs (salicylic acid), retinoids (retinol, tretinoin, adapalene), benzoyl peroxide, prescription acne treatments, or any resurfacing/peeling agents. Clients under the care of a dermatologist or using prescription-strength products—especially retinoids such as tretinoin, Retin-A, adapalene, or similar—must avoid booking this service, as these medications significantly thin and sensitize the skin and can result in skin lifting during waxing. For best results, brow maintenance is recommended every 3–4 weeks to preserve shape, support healthy hair growth, and maintain a clean, polished appearance. Due to the precision and timing of this service, there is no grace period. This is a 10–15 minute appointment, and clients are scheduled consecutively. Arrivals beyond 5 minutes will be automatically canceled and will require rebooking. All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued.
