Service Description

Reschedule requires a 72hr notice for this service. ** Signature Ombre Brow Package Wake up with beautifully defined, low-maintenance brows designed specifically for your unique features. This package includes everything needed to begin your cosmetic brow journey—from your initial consultation to your healed results. Your appointment goes as follows: 1. Consultation/Patch test 2. First tattoo appointment (will be scheduled on the day of your consultation.) 3. 8-11 week Touch Up (will be scheduled on the day of tattoo appointment) ___________________________________________________________________________________________ **Package Includes:** * Required Consultation * Comprehensive Pre-Procedure Assessment * Customized Brow Mapping & Design * Custom Pigment Selection * Ombre Brow Procedure * 8–11 Week Initial Touch-Up * Professional Aftercare Instructions **Before Booking** All clients are required to schedule a consultation before their ombré brow procedure. Prior to your consultation, you must complete the required Pre-Consultation Form. This allows me to review your medical history, medications, skin type, previous permanent makeup, and any contraindications to determine if you are a suitable candidate for the procedure. Please note that not everyone is eligible for cosmetic tattooing. Your consultation is designed to ensure your safety, answer your questions, and create the best treatment plan for your individual needs. **Initial Touch-Up** Your Initial Touch-Up is performed 8–11 weeks after your procedure, once your brows have fully healed. This appointment allows me to evaluate your healed results and reinforce pigment where needed to achieve the best long-term outcome. Because every client heals differently, this appointment is a normal and essential part of the cosmetic tattoo process. **Important:** Appointment availability for this special is limited. Consultation approval is required before your ombré brow procedure can be scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

**Signature Ombre Brow Package Booking Policy** By booking this package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms. • Clients must be **21 years or older**. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. • This promotion is valid for **new Ombré Brow procedures only** and is **not valid** for cover-ups, corrections, previous permanent makeup, or touch-up appointments. • A completed **Pre-Consultation Form** is required before your consultation. Please review the form before booking to ensure you may be a suitable candidate. If you have questions regarding your eligibility, contact Barbies by Arie before submitting payment. • A consultation is required before scheduling your procedure. Consultation approval does **not** guarantee treatment. Final eligibility is determined after reviewing your medical history, medications, skin condition, previous PMU, contraindications, and pre-care compliance. • A **non-refundable retainer** is required to reserve this package. The retainer covers your consultation and reserves your initial Ombré Brow appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your **initial procedure**, not your Initial Touch-Up. • **All sales, retainers, deposits, and payments are final and non-refundable.** If you are not a suitable candidate, no refund will be issued. Any eligible funds remaining **after the consultation fee has been applied** will be issued as a salon credit for eligible services only. The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. • The package includes three appointments: Consultation, Initial Procedure, and 8–11 Week Initial Touch-Up. A **72-hour notice** is required to reschedule. **Only one reschedule** is permitted for the entire package. If approved and scheduling allows, additional reschedules require a **$125 fee**. • Missing, canceling without proper notice, arriving more than **10 minutes late**, or failing to attend **any** package appointment will result in **immediate forfeiture of the entire package and all monies paid.** • Package appointments cannot be removed, substituted, exchanged, transferred, or separated. Package pricing requires completion of the Initial Touch-Up within **8–11 weeks** or additional fees/current pricing may apply. • False or omitted medical information may result in cancellation without refund or salon credit.
