Service Description

*If you in need of a new set and/or need a your existing extension removed, then it will be an additional fee (see “Lash removal & Shampoo” for fees) I DO NOT WORK ON TOP OF SOMEONE ELSE LASHES THAT I DIDN’T INSTALL! IF YOU WEAR GLASSES, PLEASE BRING THEM. Contacts should not be worn! Animation eyelash look. Refills must be done every 2 or 3 weeks depending on your maintenance. If you wait longer than 3 weeks then it will require a whole new set! If you notice that your lashes are shedding more than normal, then you may need to come before your 2/3 week mark. **DISCLAIMER: Everyone's natural lashes comes in different thickness, density and length. You may book for a hybrid set but your lashes may be too thin in density to hold the lash extensions. A 5 min consult will be needed to determine what set is best for your natural lash. Prices may be altered! *Use of mascara, eyeshadow, or any cosmetic creams/gels around the eyes are not recommended! As the product can loosen the eyelash extensions from your natural eyelashes which shorten the longevity of your extensions. *I do not install lash extensions over someone else's work. If you need a refill that has not been done initially by me, then it will require a Lash Removal & New Set of your choice: Classic, Hybrid, and Volume! *Due to many unknown vendors, and glues from China/Korea; it may be hard to remove and work on top of someone else's work *When preparing for this service: If you are wearing "cluster" or "strip" lashes , please have them removed at least 3 days prior to your Lash install. *Do not wear any makeup around your eyebrows or the eye area 3 days prior to your appointment as It may alter the bond of the artificial eyelashes and your natural eyelashes. *** If you arrive with ANY makeup on, I will charge you $35 for a Lash Shampoo!


Cancellation Policy

Upon arrival, please patiently wait in your vehicle and text me that you have arrived. You will have to be buzzed in the building. Please do not come to the door and wait until I respond to your text message to buzz you in the salon. Please note that i may be assisting clients at the time of your arrival. ****For regular appointments: Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify during this period will result in fund paid being kept and a rescheduling fee of $35 additional to get on schedule again (if available) . All sales are final ** Upon booking this appointment, the client acknowledges that reserving this appointment that it is nonrefundable in all circumstances, including, but not limited to if the client decides that she/he does not want or is no longer able to receive receive services from Barbies By Arie - Elle.Chateaux upon receipt of the reservation or appointment confirmation via email/the owner agrees to hold the required services/requested services date for the client. All retainers and reservation fees is considered earned in the entirety once the payment is completed and the service date is secured the reservation fee/the retainer fee is nonrefundable if a client decides to pay in full . ***Rescheduling must be done within 7 days after the date you originally booked otherwise all funds paid will be non-refunded. ** All sales are final. If you decide to cancel the appointment. no refunds will be given. Tennessee Theft of Services Addendum Legal Reference: This addendum is issued pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-14-104 (Theft of Services). Notice of Legal Responsibility By booking and/or receiving services from Barbies by Arie | Elle.Châteaux, the client acknowledges that services are rendered with the expectation of lawful payment. Any attempt to avoid payment for services rendered — including but not limited to unauthorized chargebacks, false claims of unrecognized charges, or payment reversals after services are completed — may be considered theft of services under Tennessee law. Third-Party Payment Clarification If a third party voluntarily submits payment for a client’s service, such payment is considered authorized and intentional. Any dispute between the client and the third-party payer is a private matter and does not negate the validity of services rendered. The client receiving the service remains financially responsible for payment if a third-party charge
