All paid deposits/retainers are non-refundable and transferable ONCE. Balance due 10days before class **Live Recordings/Pictures/ Video Recordings will not be allowed. Ariell, reserve the right to refuse service of any kind! Live demos are done at the end of the theory portion. What to bring: THIS IS A BEGINNERS CLASS Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and an open mind to accept criticism! Negativity WILL NOT be allowed. You are only allowed once to reschedule and this must be done at a minimum of 10 days prior to the class: Example class date is 7/21/19. You can reschedule on or before 7/10/19 Not after that date leading up to the class. **Classes cancelled between 7/11-7/20 are subjected to a EXTRA$200 cancellation fee! Anything after the deadlines are $250 EXTRAS **Classes canceled on the day of the class will void all fees paid. You will not receive any type of refund AND YOU MUST PAY THE EXTRA $250 to reschedule ** If you would like to reschedule the class after you paid your balance 1 week prior to the class, and missed the 10 day deadline, you would still have to pay the additional cancellation fee as a remaining balance.

Cancellation Policy

****For regular appointments: Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify during this period will result in fund paid being kept and a rescheduling fee of $35 additional to get on schedule again (if available) . ***Rescheduling must be done within 7 days after the date you originally booked otherwise all funds paid will be non-refunded. *** Class cancellations/rescheduling Must be done a minimum of 10 days before the class date. For classes you must find a new class date within 60 days for rescheduling from the day of your notification. Additional details of class info will be sent via email. If you cannot find a new date/time all funds will be kept. Cancellations after the 10day period will result in a $200 cancellation fee
