Service Description
**IF YOU WEAR GLASSES PLEASE BRING THEM TO MAKE SURE THE LASHES ARE THE APPROPRIATE SIZE FOR YOU WHEN YOU WEAR YOUR GLASSES •If you in need of a new set and/or need a your existing extension removed, then it will be an additional fee (see “Lash removal & Shampoo” for fees) **Thicker eyelash extensions than The Classic look. Mixture of Classic & 3DLashes. Recommended if your real eyelashes have a lot of spaces in between them Example: If your initial appointment was 5/4/18 then you must have an appointment booked no later than 5/25/18! *It is imperative that you get a Refill on your Extensions no longer than 3 weeks after your 1st installation. Due to your eyelash growth cycle If you wait longer than 3 weeks then it will require a whole new set! If you notice that your lashes are shedding more than normal, then you may need to come before your 3 weeks mark. **DISCLAIMER: Everyone's natural lashes comes in different thickness, density and length. You may book for a different set but your lashes may be too thin in density to hold the lash extensions. A 5 min consult will be needed to determine what set is best for your natural lash. Prices may be altered! If your lashes are thin and sparse, certain lash looks will may not be suitable for the look your going for. If you have unhealthy eyelashes and or too thin lashes then your service will possibly be declined. Remember all deposits are non refundable and the deposit will be considered as a consultation fee! *Use of mascara, eyeshadow, or any cosmetic creams/gels around the eyes are not recommended! As the product can loosen the eyelash extensions from your natural eyelashes which shorten the longevity of your extensions. *This Service may take up to 2hours, and I will not go over that time. *I do not install lash extensions over someone else's work. If you need a refill that has not been done initially by me, then it will require a Lash Removal & New Set of your choice: Classic, Hybrid, and Volume! *When preparing for this service: If you are wearing "cluster" or "strip" lashes , please have them removed at least 3 days prior to your Lash install. * *Do not wear any makeup around your eyebrows or the eye area 3 days prior to your appointment as It may alter the bond of the artificial eyelashes and your natural eyelashes. *** If you arrive with makeup on, I will charge you $20 for a Lash Shampoo!**Please make sure to brush and clean your eyelashes DAILY. Lash Shampoo is available to purchase
Cancellation Policy
***Refill Requirements Lash refills are required every 2-3 weeks to maintain lash health and fullness. If you arrive with less than 40% of extensions remaining or after 3 weeks, a new set will be required. Your appointment may be rescheduled, and a remaining balance will be due to cover the cost of a new set. ***Maintenance & Aftercare A complimentary lash shampoo is included during every infill appointment. Daily maintenance is required: cleanse your lashes morning and night using a lash-safe cleanser. Failure to follow aftercare may result in premature shedding and loss of eligibility for refill pricing. Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Heavy residue will result in reduced lash retention or an additional cleansing fee. ***Late Arrival Policy A 5-minute grace period is provided. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be shortened (if available based off schedule) or will be canceled . Excessive tardiness may require rescheduling and is subject to a late or rebooking fee. ***Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will require a $35 re-booking fee. No-shows will be charged 100% and may be blocked from future bookings. ***Patch Tests & Consultations Patch tests and consultations must be booked online through the booking site. Patch tests are recommended for first-time clients and must be scheduled 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Barbies by Arie is not responsible for any allergic reactions post-service. ***Retention Disclaimer Lash retention is not guaranteed if proper aftercare is not followed. Refunds or free corrections will not be offered due to client neglect or misuse of products. ***Before & After Photos Photos may be taken before and after your appointment for marketing and documentation purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of these photos for social media and promotional content unless otherwise requested in writing. ***Service Refusal Rights Barbies by Arie reserves the right to refuse service to any client who displays: Poor hygiene, Disrespectful behavior, Signs of infection, eye irritation, or contraindications. Your health and safety are a top priority.
