Service Description
This Model Service is a reduced-rate or complimentary experience designed for training, content creation, and portfolio development. Services are performed in a professional studio setting and may be completed by a student, apprentice, or artist under the direct supervision of a licensed professional. This session may include: • Brow consultation and mapping • Brow wax and grooming • Brow tint (if applicable) • Lash lift and/or lash extensions (if applicable) • Soft brow fill and finish • Before-and-after photos/video for branding and marketing use Model Dress Code: To maintain a clean, luxury, and cohesive aesthetic for branding and content purposes, models are required to arrive wearing:• A plain white t-shirt or white tank top (no logos or graphics)• If weather is cooler, you may arrive in a coat or jacket, but the white top must be worn underneath during service and filming Failure to follow the dress code may result in cancellation of the session. Service-Specific Contraindications Brow Wax — Do Not Proceed If You Have: • Used Accutane within the last 6–12 months • Used Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, or exfoliating acids in the past 7 days • Had chemical peels, laser treatments, or microdermabrasion within 2 weeks • Sunburn, broken skin, rashes, or active infections in the brow area • Sensitivity or known allergies to wax or hair removal products Brow Tint — Do Not Proceed If You Have: • Known allergies to hair dye, tint, or peroxide-based products • Broken skin, eczema, psoriasis, or irritation in the brow area • Had a chemical peel, laser treatment, or strong exfoliation within 7 days • A history of severe skin reactions to cosmetic coloring products A patch test may waived do to model service-Proceed with waiver form Lash Lift — Do Not Proceed If You Have: • Eye infections, styes, conjunctivitis (pink eye), or recent eye surgery • Extremely sensitive eyes or a known allergy to perming or adhesive solutions • Very dry, brittle, or damaged natural lashes • Used lash growth serums within the past 48 hours • Active skin conditions around the eye area Lash Extensions — Do Not Proceed If You Have: • Eye infections, irritation, or recent eye surgery • Known allergies to adhesives or cyanoacrylate-based products • Excessively oily skin or lashes that may affect retention • Trichotillomania or active lash loss conditions • Used oil-based eye products within 24 hours of appointment
Cancellation Policy
NOTE: This is not a training class. This is supervised practice, critique, and guidance for services you are already offering. For all PMU/tattoo sessions, proof of prior training is required. This policy applies to all model and students registering for supervised model practice mentorship and content sessions at Barbies by Arie | Elle.Châteaux. Student Model Responsibility: It is the student's responsibility to secure a model unless otherwise arranged. If you need assistance finding one, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your session. If your model is more than 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled or rescheduled without a refund. Timeliness & Attendance: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled without an additional fee. No-call/no-shows are not eligible for rebooking without full repayment. Service Disclaimer: Results on models may not be perfect as the service is being performed for training purposes. All services are supervised, but students are still in development stages of mastery. Payments & Refunds: All payments are final. There are no refunds for model practice sessions. Rescheduling is allowed once with 48-hour notice. Kit Review & Product Use: Students are encouraged to bring their own tools/products. Kit reviews or product usage recommendations can be provided during the session. Health & Hygiene: If you are sick, have any open wounds, or have been exposed to contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Professional hygiene must be maintained during the entire session. Student Requirements: - Students must bring their own supplies, unless otherwise arranged. - Closed-toe shoes, scrubs or professional attire are required. No bonnets, pajamas, or clubwear. - Students must bring a physical copy of their esthetic, cosmetology, or tattoo license. If currently enrolled in a beauty program, a school enrollment letter or student ID is required. This is mandatory in case of health department or board inspections. - No guests or children are allowed during the session unless approved in advance.
