Service Description

*If you in need of a new set and/or need a your existing extension removed, then it will be an additional fee (see “Lash removal & Shampoo” for fees) I DO NOT WORK ON TOP OF SOMEONE ELSE LASHES THAT I DIDN’T INSTALL! IF YOU WEAR GLASSES, PLEASE BRING THEM. Contacts should not be worn! Most natural eyelash look. Refills must be done every 2 or 3 weeks depending on your maintenance. If you wait longer than 3 weeks then it will require a whole new set! If you notice that your lashes are shedding more than normal, then you may need to come before your 2/3 week mark. **DISCLAIMER: Everyone's natural lashes comes in different thickness, density and length. You may book for a hybrid set but your lashes may be too thin in density to hold the lash extensions. A 5 min consult will be needed to determine what set is best for your natural lash. Prices may be altered! *Use of mascara, eyeshadow, or any cosmetic creams/gels around the eyes are not recommended! As the product can loosen the eyelash extensions from your natural eyelashes which shorten the longevity of your extensions. *I do not install lash extensions over someone else's work. If you need a refill that has not been done initially by me, then it will require a Lash Removal & New Set of your choice: Classic, Hybrid, and Volume! *Due to many unknown vendors, and glues from China/Korea; it may be hard to remove and work on top of someone else's work *When preparing for this service: If you are wearing "cluster" or "strip" lashes , please have them removed at least 3 days prior to your Lash install. *Do not wear any makeup around your eyebrows or the eye area 3 days prior to your appointment as It may alter the bond of the artificial eyelashes and your natural eyelashes. *** If you arrive with ANY makeup on, I will charge you $35 for a Lash Shampoo!


Cancellation Policy

****For regular appointments: Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify during this period will result in fund paid being kept and a rescheduling fee of $35 additional to get on schedule again (if available) . ***Rescheduling must be done within 7 days after the date you originally booked otherwise all funds paid will be non-refunded. *** Class cancellations/rescheduling Must be done a minimum of 10 days before the class date. For classes you must find a new class date within 60 days for rescheduling from the day of your notification. Additional details of class info will be sent via email. If you cannot find a new date/time all funds will be kept. Cancellations after the 10day period will result in a $200 cancellation fee
