Service Description

This is for brow grooming ONLY using a hard/soft wax and scissors to groom and trim your eyebrows. This is not a tint service! Arrive with NO MAKEUP on eyebrows and your skin must be cleaned, EXFOLIATED, and moisturized prior to appointment! Exfoliate your face A MINIMUM OF 2 days prior to your appointment. If you book in less of that time you may experience high sensitivity, burned skin, and/or bruising. **THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD FOR THIS SERVICE. This is a 10 -15min. service! Clients are booked back to back, so I will not be able to work in to their time slot!. Appointments canceled at the 5min mark! NO REFUNDS GIVEN

Cancellation Policy

****For regular appointments: Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify during this period will result in fund paid being kept and a rescheduling fee of $35 additional to get on schedule again (if available) . ***Rescheduling must be done within 7 days after the date you originally booked otherwise all funds paid will be non-refunded. *** Class cancellations/rescheduling Must be done a minimum of 10 days before the class date. For classes you must find a new class date within 60 days for rescheduling from the day of your notification. Additional details of class info will be sent via email. If you cannot find a new date/time all funds will be kept. Cancellations after the 10day period will result in a $200 cancellation fee
