Service Description
This is for the clients who initially received their first session by be. If you're a new client but received a session by someone else do not book this service! Contact Arie before booking the "New Client Touch up &/or Color Boost) . Consultation may be required **After your 12 week mark of the date you received your initial service, you will be required to book the "Color boost" Appointment. If you failed to book the up to 12 week touch up there will be no exceptions made that is your sole responsibility as a client.** Please contact Arie before booking this service. Consultations may be required. Proof of initial service is required *Requires 30min. For you to be numbed (gel numb cream) This touch up is to fill your brows back in if there are any shallow spots that have faded away , or if you pigment has faded too light since your 1st visit with me. Call or text me if you have any questions If your 12 week touch up lapsed, you will be required to book the 12 month "Color Boost" Deposits are non-refundable, if the service has to be stopped the deposit will not be refunded!
Cancellation Policy
****For regular appointments: Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify during this period will result in fund paid being kept and a rescheduling fee of $35 additional to get on schedule again (if available) . ***Rescheduling must be done within 7 days after the date you originally booked otherwise all funds paid will be non-refunded. *** Class cancellations/rescheduling Must be done a minimum of 10 days before the class date. For classes you must find a new class date within 60 days for rescheduling from the day of your notification. Additional details of class info will be sent via email. If you cannot find a new date/time all funds will be kept. Cancellations after the 10day period will result in a $200 cancellation fee
