Service Description
REQUIRED for all new clients and for clients who need a correction/color boost but initially received Microshading/Microblading from someone else prior. Consultations/Patch Tests expires after one year VIRTUAL CONSULTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE! Required for client’s returning after two years who received their PMU by me You must book consultation/patch test FIRST. Then you can book the Microshading service a minimum of 3 days after your consultation OR wait a MINIMUM of 3 days to see if you haven’t had any allergic reaction to the patch test and then book for the Microshading service. *Note of you book this service before your 3 day grace period, you may risk losing your deposit if you find out you have an allergy ***BEFORE BOOKING* You have to make sure that your a good candidate first. If any of the health conditions below applies to you then your not a good candidate for this service. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED *Any chemical peels within the last 3weeks *No facials within the last 2 weeks *Faint or Dizzines *Pregnant or Nursing *Any heart conditions: No high blood pressure *Chemo Treatment *Taking Blood Thinners/aspirin (makes you bleed a lot) or have clotting issues *Rosacea *Auto Immune disease *Radiation treatment *Viral or bacterial infections within 30 days *Hypersensitive skin, rash or sunburn *Dermatitis or inflamed skin *Severe acne or excessively oily skin *History of keloids *Accutane or Retin-A within a year *Retinol or Vitamin a within a month *Latisse or Brow serum *Had eyebrow or tattoo removal within 30 days *Open skin lesions *Large Pores or deep wrinkles *undiagnosed lumps near the eyebrows *Recent Botox or Microdermabrasion (past 4 weeks) *Any cold or flu symptoms INCLUDING COVID *Cant be on your menstrual *Cant have any upcoming trips within 7-14 days *Diabetes T1 or T2 *High/Low Blood pressure *Epileptic *Any scheduled MRI *Any recent surgery *Difficulty numbing These are Semi Permanent Eyebrows service that lasts 2-3 years. The service includes 4 different appointments as follows: * 1. Appointment- Consultation : Patch test to determine if you're allergic to pigment. Explain pre and post service details and go over client expectations. 2. Appointment-Initial service: Please be advised Traveling is restricted for the first 2 weeks after getting your second appointment (the official service). I advise not to book the service aaround the holidays or vacation. 3. Touch-Up; 6 to 12 week touch up 4. 1 year Touch Up
Cancellation Policy
AS OF 9/1/2025 I have moved locations. The new address is: 2810 Summer Oaks Dr. Suite #4 Bartlett, TN 38134 Upon arrival, please patiently wait in your vehicle and text me that you have arrived. You will have to be buzzed in the building. Please do not come to the door and wait until I respond to your text message to buzz you in the salon. Please note that i may be assisting clients at the time of your arrival. ****For regular appointments: Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify during this period will result in fund paid being kept and a rescheduling fee of $35 additional to get on schedule again (if available) . All sales are final ***Rescheduling must be done within 7 days after the date you originally booked otherwise all funds paid will be non-refunded. *** Class cancellations/rescheduling Must be done a minimum of 10 days before the class date. For classes you must find a new class date within 60 days for rescheduling from the day of your notification. Additional details of class info will be sent via email. If you cannot find a new date/time all funds will be kept. Cancellations after the 10day period will result in a $200 cancellation fee ** All sales are final. If you decide to cancel the appointment. no refunds will be given
