Service Description
This service is for those who previously received their brows tattooed and their brows have changed color (healed ashy, grey, red, or blue) This only to neutralize your current brows! Adjustments are additional which will be considered a correction Brow Corrections an be done a minimum of 4 months after initial service Note: This applies for all sets that needs a color boost, COLOR CHANGE, shape change, if your brows has faded to any grey, orange, pink, red, green, blue, purple it needs to be neutralized first) 📌Note: In rare cases Brow Corrections may take up to 3 sessions! BOOK CONSULT FIRST BEFORE PAYING FOR THIS APPOINTMENT IF YOU NEVER RECEIVED YOUR INITIAL SERVICE BY ME
Cancellation Policy
AS OF 9/1/2025 I have moved locations. The new address is: 2810 Summer Oaks Dr. Suite #4 Bartlett, TN 38134 Upon arrival, please patiently wait in your vehicle and text me that you have arrived. You will have to be buzzed in the building. Please do not come to the door and wait until I respond to your text message to buzz you in the salon. Please note that i may be assisting clients at the time of your arrival. ****For regular appointments: Cancellations/Rescheduling must be done a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify during this period will result in fund paid being kept and a rescheduling fee of $35 additional to get on schedule again (if available) . All sales are final ** Upon booking this appointment, the client acknowledges that reserving disappointment is nonrefundable in all circumstances, including, but not limited to if the client decides that she/he does not want or is no longer able to receive receive services from Barbies By Arie - Elle.Chateaux upon receipt of the reservation or appointment confirmation via email/the owner agrees to hold the required services/requested services date for the client. All retainers and reservation fees is considered earned in the entirety once the payment is completed and the service date is secured the reservation fee/the retainer fee is nonrefundable if a client decides to pay in full . ***Rescheduling must be done within 7 days after the date you originally booked otherwise all funds paid will be non-refunded. *** Class cancellations/rescheduling Must be done a minimum of 10 days before the class date. For classes you must find a new class date within 60 days for rescheduling from the day of your notification. Additional details of class info will be sent via email. If you cannot find a new date/time all funds will be kept. Cancellations after the 10day period will result in a $200 cancellation fee ** All sales are final. If you decide to cancel the appointment. no refunds will be given
